Hi there! So I had a missed miscarriage a few weeks ago and done 2 doses of medical management in which I passed a lot of blood and tissue but my endometrial lining still remains thick. I've had so many appointments to EPU but on Friday morning I passed some more tissue and an hour later bleeding stopped completely after 3 weeks. Anyway I was back again today and lining is 11.3mm but they're happy that I'm not bleeding anymore and that it should shed with my next period. It was actually a recurrent miscarriage nurse I seen today and she gave me some advice and recommended vitamin d spray and that there's research into the use of biokult. Has anyone any experience with these in terms of fertility or maintaining a pregnancy? Thank you!
