Just as the title says really. Went for an early scan so my DP could see the baby to be told it had stopped growing at 6 weeks and there was no heartbeat etc.
This should've been my second child. I need to go to the hospital for a scan on Tuesday and to go over my options whether I want medical help or for nature to take its course.
I had no symptoms of miscarriage etc. Everything seemed to be going fine, no pain etc.
