This time last year I was pregnant and was over the moon, terrified but over the moon, I lost my baby and had a managed miscarriage on the 11th June. Feeling really meh today....I wasn't very far along...but my mind just keeps going back to those awful days...will this feeling ever go away?

I’m so sorry for your loss Flowers a little bit of sadness will always remain but the feelings and hurt will lessen. It just takes time.
If you feel you need to talk things through Tommy’s have midwives trained in bereavement and there is a number to call.

I'm so sorry for what you've gone through and how you're feeling. I'm still in the midst of it all but I'm sure it gets easier in time. I just wanted to say, be kind to yourself and know how you're feeling is completely valid ❤️
