First period after miscarriage?

Hi all
What was your first period like after miscarriage? Had mine 8 weeks ago and started AF 2 days ago, just looking for anyone's experience? Mines much more painful than usual :(

Even more heavier than usual and more clots than usual too. I had my 4th miscarriage back in October and every period since has been late by a couple of weeks. My body throws out every pregnancy symptom so I'm like yes!!! Then all my tests come back negative or very faint and then negative the next day. Just about finishing this months (late again) and the cramping has been horrendous. This time there seems to more clotty too

I had a Miscarriage last month, this month was 3 days of light spotting that’s about the best way I could explain it. Normally get mild cramps before and during but nothing this time.

@Lozz22 sorry for your losses mines much heavier than usual & with clots too so abit relieved to hear a similar story. Hope you get a positive soon xx

Hey girls I think I’m possibly going threw a miscarriage at the moment :( I’m absolutely heartbroken I’ve got a scan tomorrow with epu and I’m hopeing for the best but we will have to wait & see :(

Sorry for your loss. How far along were you?

1st MC- 11 weeks and needed medical management. AF was almost heavier than the actual MC! Clots and actually dripping out (sorry TMI), but it was only that heavy for 2 days, and then spotting for 2 days. (normal AF is 6 days ranging from medium to light flow)

2nd MC at 7 weeks. Started exactly 30days after AF, which is my normal cycle, and was almost like my normal AF. No clots or pain and certainly nothing like the 1st MC.
