Bleeding/cramps three weeks after SMM

I had a missed miscarriage, which we found out at the 12 week scan, and had surgical management. I was told to expect bleeding for up to ten days. It's been three weeks now, and I'm still bleeding very lightly, but today I have been getting cramps again. Has anyone else had this?

I had SMM 10 days ago and the bleeding was a bit sporadic but appears to have stopped now, although it did stop before and start again for a day or so. I'm not sure there is a 'normal' experience for this but my surgeon did tell me that anything over 2 weeks and I should check back in with hospital as may be an infection
