This may be completely normal but exactly one month post surgery for a MMC my period started. I'm just thankful and grateful to my body. I

My partner and I have decided not to try to get pregnant until we see some sort of normality in the world.

For me this was just a tiny bit of happiness in the anxiety filled world right now.

I’m so sorry for your loss and I think what you’re feeling is completely normal. After the trauma it’s been through your body is telling you it’s settling back and your approach is incredibly well adjusted and healthy. Wishing you well
