Possibly pregnant again? Or maybe wishful thinking

So I miscarried February 25 and it was a missed miscarriage, died around 8 weeks and so they sent me home and told me to set up a follow up appointment but I didn’t end up doing that so by March 3 I was in extreme pain and I was bleeding large amounts of blood and I ended up passing two tennis ball size clots. I don’t know if I’m just over analyzing but lately I’m noticing some symptoms that I had before I got pregnant and I’m wondering if it’s possible that I’m pregnant again? Me and my bf have been having unprotected sex so I feel like maybe it could be possible? Sorry if I sound stupid, I’m just really hoping it is possible. because I was so devastated about losing my baby

Firstly sorry for your loss. The dates of my miscarriage were similar to yours. Did you get a negative pregnancy test once the bleeding had stopped ? If so it’s definitely possible but I feel like it may be the tiniest bit too soon. But I would wait a week or so & if no period yet give it a test..it can definitely happen xx
