Light pink bleeding

I've been having some light pink bleeding and I'm wondering if that's normal, I mean obviously I know bleeding is expected and normal after miscarriage but I'm wondering if it's suppose to be this light? I miscarried February 26 I was supposed to be 10 weeks but it was a missed miscarriage and the baby must of died around 8 weeks, another thing me and my bf have had sex I know it's not recommended and also I've been trying to exercise and I'm wondering if it's just way too early to start any of that too?

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Was it confirmed as a completed miscarriage, ie nothing left behind?

My experience of 3 miscarriages was that bleeding was unpredictable afterwards. Your hormones have got a lot of settling down to do, so you could have breakthrough bleeding, or a period that is taking a while to get going. Keep well supplied with pads when you go out and about this week as it could change.

If you only miscarried last week, the reason sex isn't advised this soon is that you could get an infection.

Hope you feel better soon.

I'm not really sure, they just diagnosed me with a missed miscarriage idk if there's anything left I haven't been to a doctor for a follow up yet, but that's only because I've barely had any bleeding and if I do it's light, I haven't had much cramping either so I just assumed that I don't need too follow up but maybe I do
