How can I speed up a MMC

Had a scan, sac measuring 7 weeks with no foetus/heartbeat and not lining up with dates of pregnancy. I've had a missed miscarriage a few years ago and my body took weeks and weeks to let go of the pregnancy. I have another scan scheduled for next week but have been told to cancel if I start bleeding before it. Theyre keen for me to miscarry naturally and not take pills (even though I begged!). I can't bear to have my body believe I'm pregnant and continue to act accordingly...loads of symptoms still. Is there any way of speeding the process up? I've googled but all I come uo with is people's stories of their MMC.

No way to speed it up without the pills sorry and please dont try to with any home remedies. They are dangerous and dont work. Sorry you are going through this. I recently had a mc and its awful so sending you love.

If you haven't started bleeding/spotting yet then speeding up the process isn't possible

Only when I've started bleeding does lots of hot baths to relax the uterus muscles has sped the process up from that point x

I have horrible period type cramps at the moment, so I'm hoping it will happen soon (although dreading 'the event' as it were), although not too soon as I have to work this afternoon. I think maybe the internal scan might have caused the cramps though. Have taken ibuprofen and Am stocked up on sanitary pads in case it starts. Luckily only working for a very short time this aft so even if it kicks off, I'm hoping to rush to school run and get home asap. I'd rather that than have my body do as it did last time. I was 'pregnant' for about a month before my body finally let go of the pregnancy. For some reason my local hospital really resists the pills or ERPC too. I got fobbed off repeatedly the last time, and seems after talking to the EPAU Dr today they will be doing the same. Nature's a fucker.
