Hi there,

Sorry if this is TMII found out I was pregnant and at 5 weeks started bleeding a little bit of brown blood which I had done with my son, then I started bleeding a little red for a couple of hours then it went back to brown. I had an ultrasound down and she said the gestational sac looked elongated and she suspected a non viable pregnancy. I never had any bloods drawn so I don't know my levels. But after a week of light brown spotting I went back to my Dr and she's ordered another scan. So another week has gone by and I would have been "7 weeks" I still have light brown spotting. I decided to take a pregnancy test with the weeks and it's still showing 3+. I guess what I'm asking is this not? Why haven't my levels gone down? And how long does it take for them to go down?

I had a miscarriage at 7/4 weeks as i had conjoined twins.
I had an ultrasound with no heartbeat(i had an ultrasound a week before with a heartbeat) and did blood work that week to see where my levels were at and then the following week and they had went down confirming i miscarried

@katsotti How did everything go here?
I am currently having problems, I had a miscarriage in January. And on the 14th feb I did a test saying 1-2 weeks pregnant. It has been the same for a week. Yesterday I started spotting, watery brown. Then Negative test. Today two tests saying 1-2 again. Not coping very well as don’t know if I have misscarried or not.

Hi Lucy

I had an ultrasound there was a fetal pole and heartbeat but I'm measuring a week and a bit behind so now i just have to wait and see. I don't hold much hope and I don't want to get excited I knew something was different when I kept getting 3+ weeks test still

Hey,

Oh I see, gosh it’s so hard to process. Thanks for replying. I wish you the best. When do you think you will find out more or is it just a waiting game. The wait is so hard.

Unfortunately I leave for holiday in a couple of days for a month so for me its a waiting game, otherwise I would go for a check up scan 🤷

Try and enjoy your holiday. Time to relax a bit if you can. X
