Early c-section and baby loss then healthy next baby?

Hi all, posting for my sister who is not on Mumsnet. Her baby girl was born via c section when she was 23 weeks. The baby was measuring small so the c section scar is v deep. Has anyone else been in this situation and gone on to have a baby?

We’re worried that the c section being so early will have damaged the uterus.

So sorry to hear about her previous pregnancy. I had a 32w preemie so very different.
Did she ever have a debrief with her consultant? They would be best placed to advise on the implications for future pregnancies.
