I found out about my MMC a week ago. Since then, my partner didn’t leave my side for 6 days apart from half an hour where he went for a run. I completely crumbled in that half hour, just an anxious mess. He went back to work yesterday and my friend came to stay with me, but she’s home now and my partner is at work and I don’t know what to do to stop myself from falling into a hole of sadness. I’m so anxious and sad. Any tips for helping to heal?
