Found out today that I've had a missed miscarriage. Baby should have been 11w, measured 8 and heartbeat seen before has stopped. I had a tfmr a year ago and an early miscarriage a few no the before that.

We are very lucky to have 2 DCs and it is time to stop now. I am in my forties so age likely has a part to play.

This sucks. I want to be pregnant, I want my baby, I want to tell my girls they are getting a sibling.

I'm so sorry for your loss. How utterly heartbreaking for you. As someone who's been there I would highly recommend accessing counselling. I got mine through my employer and it was great. Really helped me through the greaving process and helped me process the fact that my two beautiful ds's may be my only 2. As lucky as I do feel I also know how it feels to want more. You have my utmost sympathy Flowers

I totally understand..I had 4 miscarriages but two daughters. My second daughter really was a last try. I was 37 and had a lot of drugs and support from the EPAU. I won't ever want to do again.
I'm sorry for your loss. Be kind to yourself.

How you doing today? X

That's so much @Ange211 and @CottonSock.

Feeling a bit numb today. It's hard because with previous losses I shifted onto looking forward, saying "this time next year I will have a new baby". But this time we need to confront the grief properly. My DP is just so sad, as I am.

Thoughts of trying again have crept in, but I know we can't. Deep down I know this isn't meant to be for us, and I just need to focus on the 2 we have.

I've had some more brown spotting, just hoping things start properly before I need to go in for the tablet tomorrow. Thanks again.

It's good that you have the support of your partner & you can grieve together. Be kind to yourself - it all just takes time. X
