Help after late miscarriage

I want to ask if anyone found anything particularly helpful after a late miscarriage.

We found out there was no heart beat at the 20 week scan. That was in October last year. Everyone seems to have moved on but I need to find some support.

The hospital gave us a number for a local charity and I'm on a waiting list for counselling. I'm hoping to find something else that helps.

Hey so sorry for your lose. I don't really have any words of wisdom other than I know how you feel. we lost a baby at 17 weeks in October and it is so hard. I then fell pregnant the month after and had another miscarriage last week.

I try to just be as open as I can about it and talk about it whenever I feel I need too

I have actually found out a few ppl have been in the same situations that I would never have known about

I wish I had some solid advice but just letting you know you are not alone x

Thanks for the reply. It's unbearable and for you to miscarry again is heart breaking but you just have to carry on I suppose and take one day at a time.

You must be strong to come on here and offer support.

I just can't find any word to open up about it all. I'm sure my friends would be happy to be a listening ear but it's me that can't communicate about it all.

I saw that there's a support group about half an hour from me so I might try that.

Yes I would say go. It would be easier to open to people you know have been through it.
Even if you can't talk, it may be nice to listen to others and how they are feeling and be able to relate
