Hi

I hope you can help...
I miscarried yesterday officialy as the big bleeding started and the scan confirmed the pregnancy isn’t here...
I am/was 7 weeks.
Today the cramps have gotten much stronger though and i just passed a piece of meat (sorry for details) it was like purplish and white tissues the size of a tennis ball but long not round. I am a bit worried as it’s nor red like all the blood i am losing but was proper skin and purple stuff all entangled together...

Is it normal?

Also how long can i expect the big cramps to last for? When they come it’s so bad i want to be sick...

Thank you

Hi @Michette I am so sorry ❤️ with both of my miscarriages I had strong contraction like pains for a few hours. It sounds like what you passed could have been the sac. Once I'd passed the sac both times, things started to quieten down with the cramping.

If you are worried, please do seek help. Also, if you're filling a pad an hour you need to be seen.

I found alternating paracetamol and ibuprofen every 2 hours and using a microwavable heat pad helped with the pain.

Sending lots of love xxx ❤️

You were right, since i passed it i havent had a strong pain...
I hope it stays that way.
I am using a bottle with hot water and ibuprofen and it does help! Thanks Smile

Thank you for your words Flowers

I’m really sorry.

Hopefully the worst is over now. Be kind to yourself and rest.
