Painful swollen nodes immediately before miscarriages

Hi All,

I had a MMC at 13 weeks in August, then a CP in October and now I'm having an early miscarriage (at 5 + 3). Completely devastated.

In all three cases, I have had very painful, swollen lymph nodes under my armpits and in my groin in the 2-3 days running up to the miscarriage. I have mentioned this to my GP and asked to be referred for tests, but he is very skeptical that there is a link.

It seems like too much of a coincidence for there not to be a correlation, and I'm very worried that something is wrong, though I'm not sure what tests to ask for. I'm worried that my immune system is interpreting the pregnancy as something to be attacked :(.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? I can't find any information about what might be causing this online.

Thanks,

Rachel

Sorry, the title of this thread should have read painful swollen lymph nodes. Can't work out how to edit it.

I was looking for answers here. The rxact same thing happened to me. Painful lymph nodes under both armpits, followed by miscarriage (baby measures 9 weeks 2 days, found out at 12 week appointment), went to dr for lymph nodes at 8 weeks.
