I'm aware it can take between 4-6 weeks for your periods to return after a MC, however it's been 5 weeks tomorrow since mine happened naturally.
Yesterday morning I wiped a tiny amount of light pink/brown blood and assumed this was the start of my period and therefore wore a sanitary towel. All day, nothing.
Last night I started with mild back ache which is the usual sign for me coming on my period, and expected this morning to wake up to a heavy flow. I've gone to the toilet again, and this time wiped brown.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal or why I'm not having a heavy bleed? It's been 99 days since I was last on my period before I found out I was pregnant and then 5 weeks since I naturally MC. I'm really confused and baffled as to why my body is, from what I can think of, trying to bleed and come on, but is bleeding old blood and not a lot and not leaving anything on sanitary towels.
