Possible miscarriage?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been suffering extremely painful cramps, lower back pain, and pressure in my rectum since yesterday afternoon. Paracetamol isn't helping at all and I feel terrible although I haven't had any bleeding. Is if possible this is an early sign of a miscarriage and bleeding will start soon? The pain is so bad I phoned EPAU, they have said they won't see me unless I'm bleeding. I had a scan about 2 weeks ago because of pain and to rule out ectopic pregnancy as I've had one previously. Has anyone else has similar symptoms and what was the outcome?

Hey @Tinkerbell19 I recently had a MC 4.5 weeks ago and the only signs I had was very light spotting followed a few days later by the worse backache I've had to the point which woke me up however, following the backache when I woke up, I'd gone to the toilet and clotted.

Sometimes it's possible for a miscarriage to happen without any signs of bleeding but, it could also be your body expanding and getting used to the fact that you are pregnant.
