Tender after surgical management

Hi I had surgical management 48h ago and today had to unbutton my biggest size jeans while out as they were hurting my tummy which feels v tender. It feels warm inside but barely had any bleeding since the op. Anyone else had this? When it's crampy I feel like that's more normal with uterus contracting back down etc, but the warm and tender feeling I wasn't really expecting x

Yes I was extremely tender after mine. Have you checked your stomach for bruising? I think they pushed down in my uterus from my stomach during the operation and it was very painful for about 2 weeks.

Oh thanks that's reassuring, just had a look and can't see any bruising yet but maybe that's what's coming out. All very swollen... hope you are doing well now x
