Pregnancy after miscarriage no period

I had a miscarriage the start of november. I was 11 weeks and ive been heart broken. I have a daughter so took for granted a easy pregnancy so felt very naive and not prepared when we lost baby.

I havent had a period since and did a pregnancy test a few days ago and it read postive 2-3 weeks and the doctors will put this at 4-5 weeks. My worry now is going though the same at a dating scan if baby under 6 weeks no heart beat will come up. Hoping someone might have been through the same. Im thinking of holding out another couple weeks before telling the docotor. I really cant face the thought of seeing a monitor with no heart beat again.

Any advice or thoughts would be great

@MH202 I’ve been reading some articles in the past and some people got pregnant even not completing 1 cycle. Wish you good luck. By the way, I had 2 miscarriages too, in between 2 successful birth. I think you need to stay positive and less stress because if we’re stress, we’re releasing stress hormones which could impact the pregnancy process. Wish you good luck! 😉

@AJ140417 Thanks so much for your nice words and really I wish that too, the second miscarriage last month was missed miscarriage and I had to go through medical miscarriage and I don't know if my period should come as before the pregnancy after 28 days which didn't happen as this should be last week and it didn't. I have a hospital appointment on 31 May to follow up on post-mortem and blood analysis of myself after the miscarriage and hopefully I could get an answer.
