I'm pregnant for the third time this year. Iv had two miscarriages. No children so far. I'm about 4 weeks - 4.5 weeks preg.
I keep getting cramping. Which I think is ok.
But last night I woke up sweating in absolute agony in my left hand side low down. It made me sick and it lasted about 10/15 mins and it was agony. It then eased and stopped completely. I can almost feel a small pea size lump on the left hand side.
Absolutely no bleeding as I was almost adamant i was having a miscarriage again. Has anyone else had this? Or no what it is?
I wondered if I have a cyst?
Literally terrified :(

This sounds super stressful OP. Hopefully someone will be along soon to give you their advice.

It could just be one of those odd unexplainable things in early pregnancy... I had some one sided pain lasting a day or two but it was not agony which is the concerning thing. I would see how u go tonight and if it comes back try to go EPU ASAP to get checked out. Not sure how early an early scan can be done but you can’t be far off. Hope tonight is better for you
