first period after miscarriage

When can I expect this? Exactly four weeks today I started bleeding, and four weeks ago tomorrow I had a full spontaneous miscarriage.

When should my first period be?

I had mine just short of 5 weeks after and then fell pg that month.

I waiting for mine to start to having miscarries 4 weeks ago next tuesday. I'm feeling really impatient as I want to concieve again and feel like I need to know my body is working. I have no idea if i have ovulated, well I thought I did two weeks ago but now Im not so sure.

I misscarried in apr/jun and i was told the bleeding will last abot 3 weeks and should get a period about 4-8 weeks later but it is different for everyone so you just have to be patient.
I think i got my first period about 41/2 weeks after the bleeding stopped.
The doctors said to wait for a period before trying again which i did so now trying to conceive again but dont rush your body will need time to recover and you'll be trying again in no time i promise. x

I bled for about three weeks on and off, I'm surprised I will have to wait so long for af to show up. It's good to know though it makes me miserable because I would be feeling really anxious otherwise.

I got my period four weeks after starting bleeding from mc - my normal cycle is 4 and a half weeks

Hi Belgo and everyone else. My miscarriage began on 19th June, I bled for a week and a few days then had my period 5 weeks after the miscarriage began. Everyone is different though and I was told it should be within 8 weeks. It's really hard waiting for it and it felt especially weird as my cycle is 4 weeks. I found it so difficult but in a way I'm glad there was that time because it gave us time to recover from the miscarriage.

I hope you gets yours soon.

belgo, i bled for 5 weeks after my mc, stopped for a week then had what i assume was AF the next week.
