Still struggling

I'm still struggling with my miscarriage which was on 26th August.

I dont feel myself, nothing interests me and the only thing keeping me going is my other kids.

Getting a doctors appointment is proving hard other these past 3 weeks and I dont know where else to turn.

I've had a miscarriage and a still birth this year and all I can advise is that time is a healer. You won't forget but it may just take that little bit longer for you to heal. Sending you strength xxxx Thanks

I am so sorry for your loss too. I honestly thought with being so early it would not have affected me like this. But with the second one I was hopeful, even picked a pram and then had a massive bleed and had to have an operation.

I have children already and blame myself for my losses.

Never blame yourself! It's natural to start buying things & choosing prams etc. because it's supposed to be an exciting time!
You never think it's going to happen to you and when it does it makes you think all sorts of things and that's when you blame yourself, but please don't!
There's so many guidelines to follow and just trying to follow them is stressful enough.
I played everything by the book and still had bad news twice this year, i was so unlucky and now I think stuff the guidelines next time I'm going to take a relaxed approach.!

Some people miscarry and some don't and no one knows exactly the real reason why.

It's a deviating time it really is and what hurts the most is future plans being taken away from you.

It was supposed to be my 24 week midwife check up today but I stopped myself dwelling on it and booked in a hair appointment for myself.

Plan little things to look forward to each week to keep busy and please don't blame yourself because that will send you crazy.

You are stronger than this Thanks
