Hi Everyone
I am 6 + 3 weeks and just of the EPU . I am bleeding and having mild stomach pain.
The doctor said he is not very optimistic because the foetus is small and my uterine wall is very thin. I am booked for another scan on November 8 but yeah the doctor kept saying he's not optimistic...
I am a bit lost and sad as this is my first pregnancy ever... has anyone gone through this ? What happens next ? Can this happen and end up being fine ? Can you miscarry so early and go on to have heathy babies?

So sorry for the many questions but I am so lost

So sorry for what you are going though op. It truly is such a horrible experience for anyone to go through. I miscarried at 6.5 weeks with my first pregnancy. Started off as severe back pain for a few hours then 2 days later started bleeding and 2 days after that I passed the sac. In my experience it wasnt terribly painful besides the back pain I felt. I did go on to concieve 4 months later and gave birth to a healthy little boy who is now 19 months. Sadly I miscarried nearly 4 weeks ago at 5.5 weeks but I know I am capable of having babies so this is keeping me positive. Midwife told me after my first mc that sometimes your body just needs a kick start to know what to do with a pregnancy. Please look after yourself and I hope things turn out ok for you. Many woman also bleed throughout their pregnancies and go on to deliver healthy babies
