Cramps 3 weeks after loss

Hello 3 weeks ago I lost my second pregnancy early on, where this has happened in the past and it was early on I called the gp and they said as long as the pain and bleeding stopped after around a week then there's no need to come in, everything stopped but the past 3 or so days I keep getting really sharp pains again there's no bleeding just the pain that shoots through then goes again, the gp doesn't have an appointment for over a month, I'm really unsure what to do, has anyone had this? Should I ring 111? I'm really confused of what to do

I had very bad pains 3 weeks after my mc. I have no idea what they were. Started like ovulation pain in my left for maybe a few days and then one night it just became unbearable. Almost called an ambulance :O
Called EPAU who weren't very helpful but it stopped after 45 minutes. No idea at all!!
