Early MC and ovulation

I wondered if anyone could share their thoughts or experiences. I’m currently have an early MC (around 5 weeks), and bleeding started today. The weird thing is though I went to empty my moon cup and there’s loads of ewcm. More than I think I’ve ever had. Surely I can’t be ovulating if I’m having a MC? This would be my normal week to ov but I’m just really confused as I’ve never been through this before. Any help would be amazing.

Over a 9 months period I had 3 chemicals and a mmc. Ovulated 2 days later than usual every time.

Hi @Chefwifelife, really sorry to hear about your MC Thanks I had one at 7.5 weeks at the end of August, and have also experienced loads more EWCM than I have ever had.

I kind of assumed it was something to do with your body expelling everything it can? Not had my period yet though.

Hey @Tisfortired. Sorry to hear about your shitty MC too. It sucks big hairy balls doesn’t it. Did your bleed last long? To be honest I expected it to be worse; just seems like a longer darker AF. Do you think you’ve ovulated yet? X

Hi @Chefwifelife, I feel like I hardly bled at all? It was very strange. I had a constant light period type bleed for just over a fortnight beginning to end. I had the pain and miscarried the baby about halfway through, but I never had lots of bleeding which was odd.

No idea at all if I have ovulated, I was just going to wait this one out and start trying again after I had an AF.

Hi I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks, I bled for just over 3 weeks (which I think is longer than normal) I stopped bleeding 10 days ago and I am ovulating today! I had some ewcm with my bleeding too so I think that's normal. Sorry for your loss x

@Tisfortired is such a limbo isn’t it. Oh god I’m not liking the idea of seeing anything other than blood. Shock Like come on body sort your crap out. This would have been my week to OV but that clearly isn’t going to happen. Sounds like you’ve got a master plan going forwards though x

@lavenderlove you too my lovely. I didn’t think a loss at 5 weeks but as my sister said to me “a loss of a big bean or a little bean is still a loss”. Yay it ov though. Are you going to just crack on? X

@Chefwifelife thank you! And I agree, I think it can be hard to know how to feel when it's so early on. And I'm just going to crack on! They advised waiting for my next period but I've read that there is no evidence to suggest it's any more likely I'll miscarry again if I don't wait.
