How quickly do hcg levels fall after m/c?

6 weeks pregnant started bleeding on Wednesday

I did a clear blue digital on tues and it was 3 plus
Did it this morning 2-3 weeks

I know it's a m/c deep down but can't get it confirmed until tomorrow

Just wondering if this sounds like it's dropping as it should

My HCG took quite a while to drop. I was 5+3. My pregnancy was confirmed with a HCG of 212. I MC a week later and my HCG was 210 (so clearly hasn't been doubling as it should). 48 hours later it was 40 but then it took 4 days to drop to 4 and be classified as a negative test.x

From when mine went from 2/3wks to 1/2wks ok clearblue it was about a week and then about 4 days to hit zero

I think I read somewhere that hcg has a half life of about 24 hours so every day it could halve
