Please can somebody help! I'm going out of my mind.

I got a positive result 2 weeks ago yesterday with a clear blue test, which said 1-2 weeks. The following week I started bleeding at first it was brownish then as this weeks gone on it started to get redder and a few clots. It's been heaviest first thing in the morning. I rang my GP who said that basically it was too early to scan and to try and wait it out. I've had some period type pain which was worst on Wednesday when I first got up and then I passed a biggish clot. I've got it in my head that I've miscarried. I pretty much know I have. So where do I go from here? I'm still bleeding. Do I need to ring my GP again? Do they need to confirm it. I've done a clear blue test today and that says I'm 2-3 weeks. I know the hGC will still be there but surely if I've missed carried it should still say 1-2 weeks. It shouldn't be going up should it? Please help! I'm going crazy.

Hi, I'm going through something similar at the minute. I'm about 5.5 weeks pregnant but have been very lightly bleeding (a bit more than spotting) since Wednesday.

I miscarried last year but it was completely different, there was a lot more blood and huge clots which I'm not having now. BUT last year, my pregnancy tests did keep getting more and more positive and it turned out that I needed a D&C as my body still thought I was pregnant and wasn't passing the products on its own.

I've been driving myself crazy reading messages online about others who have bled and it really does seem to be 50/50. I would contact your GP and try not to jump to conclusions yet. I've only really dealt with a midwife so far so I'm going to ring mine tomorrow morning and see where I go from here!
