Bleeding day 17 post miscarriage

Is this normal? It had slowed right down until a transvaginal scan on day 15.
Still being monitored by EPAC. Next appointment is Thursday

Hi @chezbot I am still heavily bleeding 33 days later! Scan shows everything has emptied and hcg test is negative so I guess we all just take different lengths of time to heal. How are you feeling now?

Its day 29 for me now and still at it.

@chezbot oh gosh, it’s quite draining isn’t it? sorry to hear it’s still continuing for you... I’m still in the same boat too, 35 days later. I assumed that as I was quite early on (6 weeks) it wouldn’t continue for this long. The doctors advised I could bleed up until my next period which is likely to be around 6 weeks after urghhh

How are you doing emotionally @Reeree2 ? Somedays I think Ive turned a corner and am striding forward and somedays I feel broken. Have a real urge to shave my head so my knackered sad reflection will differ from 'knackered sad woman who miscarried'.

@chezbot I feel exactly the same! Every morning I hope it’ll be the day when it’s stopped - everything seems to be on hold until then but I guess all I can do is wait we’ll get there!
