HELP HELP HELP!!

SO,

I've had three consecutive loss's. Two miscarriages and then a ectopic pregnancy resulting in the loss of my left tube.

Today I have found out I am pregnant again however I have no idea how far along I am.

Last month I came on my period 6 days early and it was a very odd bleed.

I have found out I'm pregnant today but I wouldn't be due for another 4-5 days.

The positive is faintish but much darker considering I've never tested before my period day.

I'm starting to wonder when I actually fell pregnant, due to my last ectopic I need to be scanned before I am 6 weeks to make sure the pregnancy is in the right place..

However now I am worried that I am actually about 8 weeks pregnant and the last bleed was implantation?!

Please someone help me!! I don't know what to do 😫!!

The best thing you can do right now is try your best to relax. Can you self refer to your epu? I'd be trying to get an appointment they're asap tomorrow but am I right in thinking there's very little you can do in the meantime? Or would a&e be an option for suspected/ potential ectopic pregnancy?
I'm sorry for your losses Flowers

Hello. I know the feeling as I’ve had a ruptured ectopic and lost a tube. I had an odd period that I also ignored the month before my scan. This doesn’t mean it is an ectopic however as what you describe could indeed be implantation bleeding. There is only one way to find out and that is to get a referral for a scan. I had to go via the gp to get an appointment at the epu but you can self refer in some areas. As you know, they will also follow up your Bhcg levels 48 hours after the scan if they suspect an ectopic.
It’s all so stressful and I really hope it’s an intrauterine pregnancy. No one deserves to go through that once let alone twice. Really good luck xx

Congratulations! I know this is a terrifying time. I also had three consecutive losses before having my dc (ectopic, miscarriage, ectopic) You need to ring the early pregnancy unit and explain the situation. Given your history they should get you in for a scan and bloods straight away. Good luck! I hope this works out for you.

Hi @ZigZaggyZoo @Academictime @Instagran

Hi ladies!

Thank you, they have booked me in for a scan on Friday early morning. So fingers crossed!

I've also got a DR ringing me. I think if I have fallen pregnant this month I could only be 3-4 weeks.

Would they be able to tell this early if it's even in the right place? That's honestly only the reassurance I'd like right now.

Also when you had your healthy pregnancy did you do anything differently? I'm hoping to get prescribed some progesterone as I know it can't do any harm. I know there is no 100% yes it will help but if it doesn't then there's no loss and I'll feel a lot better with my anxiety etc.

Do you think they would prescribe it to me?

Great news about the scan. If you are only 3-4 weeks then it may be be too early for them to tell you however given the uncertainty of your dates I think you should definitely have it done. You'll be in the system then and they will probably monitor your HCG level and book you in for another scan.

My consultant prescribed me low dose aspirin whilst TTC and I took it all the way through my successful pregnancy.

Good luck for Friday! Thanks

I’m 19 weeks roughly and getting period type cramps under my bump. Midwife says should be ok, and nothing she can do. I’m really worried I don’t want to lose my baby! Please advice needed..... what should I do?

miracleplease4 · 25/07/2019 21:34

@KerryB19 sorry Kerry but I have no advance. I hope everything is okay for you though.

If it helps my SIL had the same thing at around 23 weeks and then had no movement but she's now only 3 weeks from due date! They do know how to worry us don't they!!
