Two miscarriages at 9 weeks, is there any hope?

Just found out yesterday that my baby's heart stopped beating a couple of days ago. I was 9+3. Last year I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks exactly. Has this happened to anyone else who went on to have a successful pregnancy? And did you ever find out why? I had my DD 3 years ago with no problem, so I wasn't expecting this to happen once, let alone twice.

DSM had 2 miscarriages about the same weeks, went on and had 4 children, one of which is a twin. Sadly, for whatever reason, the other twin didn't survive past 18 weeks but DSM didn't realise she was carrying twins at the time.
