Missed miscarriage

Hi all, just want some opinions or stories of similar experiences. Basically I went for my 12 week scan on Monday just gone. Scan shows fetus is only 6 weeks. Had an internal scan. Was told to come back in 10 days to see if there is any growth or heartbeat. That evening I started bleeding heavily for one night only & no cramping. The next day it reduced to only light brown spotting & today it had basically stopped. I know for sure my dates are correct so it’s very likely to be a missed miscarriage. I just can’t understand why I am not in any pain at all & when will it pass. Any information is so welcome

I had a mmc last April. I didn’t quite make it to my 12 week scan as it happened naturally at 11+3 but the baby hadn’t developed past 7 weeks. Started with brown stringy discharge on the Saturday and gradually progressed to quite a lot of bleeding/clots on the Tuesday.
Throughout the whole thing I didn’t have a single cramp or pain (which sadly gave me false hope Sad)

I had one in 2015 also found out at the 12 week scan - I had had a few spots of brown spotting the week before but otherwise nothing - I then had the full miscarriage the day after - the day I was due to take the pill to bring it on. I was offered a D&C but the wait time would have been around a week and I didn't feel I could emotionally wait that long x

I had scan at 8w 5d after a tiny bit of brown spotting which showed missed miscarriage at 6w 2d. Didn’t start to bleed properly until 10 days later, 2 days after miscarriage was definitely confirmed - midwife says that often happens, your body starts once your brain accepts it. Sorry for your loss, it’s a horrible feeling

I had a scan at 8+5 which showed the baby had stopped growing at 8+1 and I'd had a mmc. Fast forward to 11+3 when I had my ERPC and I had no signs of losing the baby by that point, no bleeding or pain either, it just wasn't going to come out naturally.
