Still a lump in my belly

So Iā€™m sure some of you know I have miscarried šŸ‘¼šŸ˜­šŸ‘¼ but why is the lump still in my belly is this my womb that just needs to go down ? Iā€™m confused i know 100% my baby has come away I just want to know if I should maybe see someone about the lump or not x
