When am I back to cd1?

Hello I'm due to have an ERPC on Wednesday as I've had a mmc two weeks ago with no loss of symptoms, pain or bleeding. When do I begin cycle day 1 after the ERPC? Thank you.

I always counted the heaviest day of bleeding/passing the sac as cycle day 1 and generally ovulated within 15 days of that so yes count the ERPC as day 1 x
