at your so-called "friend" NAdd, what an insensitive bitch, seems obvious to me she has NO clue about pg, m/c etc and its devastating effect. I hope you have more understanding friends and support to help you through such a difficult time. Big cuddle to you xx

I told my friends both times. Although it was unavoidable in the end as they were both ectopic. I needed to tell people. Not for the sympathy, but to talk about it really. It helped me enormously to talk about what had happened.

Yes I felt I needed the support it also prevents them putting u in situations u cant deal. But I dont think I told many personally but allowed others to pass it
