Chemical pregnancy

So I think I'm experiencing chemical pregnancy. I got a faint positive on first response this morning and started what looks like my normal period couple of hours later, but with more cramps. I just took a Superdrug test and it is negative. Is that not to quick? Dh could see todays line but not the super faint line I saw on friday. Did I get a false positive on first response (friday test came in the same packing as this moring one) or is it a chemical? Also if it is chemical is there anything I need to?

@Finalyfine sorry you are going through this. I think I just had a chemical pregnancy as well - I got positives for 4-5 days though before they started to fade. I haven't started bleeding yet, but expect to tomorrow. My temp has dropped below the coverline, which is a sign of chemical. Are you temping? That will tell you for sure. If it's chemical, there is nothing you need to do, just make sure the HPT goes back to negative after.

FRER is really sensitive - it measures 7 hcg, so more likely to get a positive with that one. Not really false positive, just that it will detect very low levels of hcg, unlike some other brands. I would try clearblue digital and if that is negative then it is most likely chemical. Take good care of yourself xxx.
