Sore/tender breasts after miscarriage

Had the op just over three weeks ago. Bleeding stopped last weekend. Last few days I've had really sore boobs. To press, they feel almost bruised and are very sensitive. Anyone else experienced this?

I'm still mid miscarriage so not posting from experience or any useful advice, sorry. Just wondering if you have been trying to conceive since... pregnancy a possibility?

I haven't experienced this, my boobs felt like that with my first pregnancy (resulting in DS1), but not after my two miscarriages or when I was pregnant with DD.

I'm so confused by my body at the moment. Had the sore boobs, then EWCM yesterday, then some bleeding yesterday evening which stopped, but has started again today?!
