I found out I was pregnant early January when I was 5 weeks. My partner booked for an early scan at 8 weeks as its taken me 5 years to get pregnant. At the early scan I was told there was a fetus and sac but no heartbeat an that I was measuring 6w2d instead of 8 weeks. I then had to go to the hospital the next day for another scan to be told the same and come back in a week to give it chance incase I was earlier than thought. Go back on the 11th of feb and they said it had grown a little but still no heartbeat so agreed to a medical miscarriage and had the four tablets inserted that day. The next four/five days I was in agony and passing big clots and by the Saturday had stopped and had a light bleeding. I thought id passed everything and had my first period on weds (20/03) all I was havin was a light period till the Saturday where I was in pain and felt something pop so I ran to the toilet and passed the fetus and sac all together after FIVE weeks of having my miscarriage. I rang the ward at the hospital and they was shocked but told me to keep an eye out for me being unwell from infection but tha is it. I just wondered if this has happened to someone else as im worried an don't know what to do.
