Pregnancy test after op - is there a line?

It will be two weeks tomorrow since I had my op to remove pregnancy. Did pregnancy test today and I'm pretty sure there's still a line. Bleeding hasn't completely stopped.

But then today have had what feels like period pains?! So confused.

I see a line, but the hormone can stay in the system for quite a while after miscarriage or termination.

I'm a bit concerned about the period pains. Infection perhaps?
