Swimming after miscarriage

Hi,

I had a miscarriage on Friday at 10+5, the next day I decided I need a break and booked at last minute holiday, I'm currently in Gran Canaria relaxing and trying to feel better. I really want to go swimming in the sea, is this something I can do?

I'm wearing pads at the minute, bleeding is like a regular period, I've had no clots for 2 days, small cramps occasionally. Can I put a tampon in, swim in the sea for an hour or so then change back to a pad?

Will the salt water help my body?

Thanks.

They said no tampons until after your first period when I was at the hospital last week. Even wanted you in pads for the duration of that first period.

I probably wouldn't but I do as I'm told too much haha...

Sorry to hear of your loss. Bet it's nice to have some relaxation time.
