Can i still be pregnant?

Hi. I have struggled with lack of periods and am 28. Currently ttc baby no 2. I have what i thought was a period 10th to 15th feb. However. The last few days i havent felt right, nausea, sore boobs, tender tummy, very tired (similar to when i was pregnant with daughter). I took a test 4 days ago and was positive. Has been since and line is stronger each time. Can i be pregnant? Is this possible after bleeding like a period?

The first time I found out I was pregnant I had a sort of period. Normally they would have been 5-8 days long and this particular one was only 4 and not as heavy. It was after that I was like shit this isn’t normal am I pregnant.

Thank you for your message. I am going to the doctors on monday it's driving me crazy not knowing..its so hard as havent had a period since stopping pill in june 2018. But didnt have period when fel pregnant with daughter either xx im so confused and hoping the little bean is still there growing nicely
