I had a MMC medically managed over the week of the 11dec on Dec 22nd my scan showed minimal tissue remaining however I had a neg PG test on new years eve .

I bleed for approx 6 weeks, 1 day off 9 days on 2 weeks off and now on day 12 of bleeding again.

I had 2 positive ovulation test 4 and 5 days into the none bleeding 2 weeks.

My bleeding is irregular in colour, amount, thickness.

I have a Drs appointment booked but not til March 13th do I need to push for early appointment?

Should I be worried about the bleeding?

Sorry for the detail but a friend of mine has just really worried me of tails of how bad it could be, I assumed my cycle was still settling.

Any words of advice welcomed

Hi, @skybooks ive been in a similar position to you recently.i delivered a baby at 16 weeks, 9/10 weeks ago, recovered fine, but kept bleeding, had a big bleed and clot 3 weeks after delivery. Scan showed retained tissue and clots in womb, had a d and c mid Jan, straightforward but didn’t stop bleeding/spotting. Would almost stop then go red, brown, orange, i was severely peed off by this point and made a dr’s appt for this week as i was sure i still had something in there.
Then my period arrived last Friday, on Saturday i passed a rubbery, pink/red mass which i think was blood clots mixed up together (sorry tmi) as there was blood coming off it which would explain the light red bleeding i’d been having.
i had a normal, quite heavy period and the bleeding is actually stopping now...ive been bleeding since before xmas in various degrees so i bloody hope this is it now.
Fingers crossed for you, but keep pressing for a scan if you dont feel right. Watch out for a temp, smelly discharge, feeling unwell in case of infection x
