So baby died at 8 weeks I'm supposed to be 10+5 started the main contraction like cramps this morning. Passed massive clots unsure if I passed the sac (looked but couldn't really distinguish anything). Cramps at the front have eased off, still bleeding but not as much as this morning. I now have really bad lower back pain. I'm wondering did anyone else get this and did anyone pass the sac after only passing clots the first day after it all seemingly slowing down?
