I missed my period in November 18 and December 18. I didn’t think much of this and put it towards travel so I never did a pregnancy test. However in January I had heavy blood flow, painful cramps and some blood clotting. This lasted for around a week. 6 weeks later and I haven’t had another period since, I normally have regular periods and are always on time.
Did I have an early miscarriage that i didn’t know about? Or did I just miss 2 periods?
