Period 3 weeks to the day after MMC?

Hi ladies!

so I miscarried (MMC) on 23rd December, it all passed naturally and bled about 2-3 days after lightly.

I've had brown discharge the last couple of days and then today I've got cramps and light bleeding - although red.

Can I really be having my period already?

I mean YAY if I am as means I can start trying again but super confusing. However my body always has been like clockwork with dates and I've always had good healing...

Advise, opinions, answers - all welcome

Well the bleeding didn't last didn't even manage to fill a pad and today is more a brown discharge again only just once when I wiped!

any feedback would be so appreciated

Hi Dolly, you are probably just very lucky to have your body spring back so quickly. I was lucky too, I'm pretty sure I ovulated a week after my surgery (rung the hospital again cause I was worried about cramping and they said it was probably just that) and then had a period almost on time (was a bit late).

My cycle is like clockwork too so I was relieved it hadn't changed because of the surge of new hormones. Hopefully your next period will be on time too.

Recommend you get some ovulation sticks to test when you are fertile and just to keep an eye on hormones. But it's a massive relief and I'm really happy for you!! 🤩

well it seems to be just spotting and I've had it now the last 3 days just a bit when I wipe (sometimes non at all!) i'm getting twinge cramps and my boobs are sensitive..

I had intercourse 10 days ago now... am I being crazy or could this be early pregnancy? or am I just wishful thinking?

It's worth taking a preg test in a few days to check - congrats if you are!! xx

I had that the first month after my mmc it was ovulation

thanks ladies. last night I had a lot of clear jelly discharge but I took an ovulation test which was negative! Today creamy...

my mum thinks maybe its wishful thinking, who knows. i'll take a test maybe Monday it would have been 2 weeks then.

Hi, I had really similar experience to you so wanted to share.
Miscarriage in Nov, bleeding only for 3/4 days. Then period 22 days after miscarriage, but 8 before period I had very strong ovulation symptoms (making me think period one come 2 weeks later, but I’d appear 8 days later).
Second period came 31 days later, my cycles are always 28 days and always fall on the same day of the week, and the second period return my period to that day.
I’ve been really surprised it returned to normal so quickly. We are ttc again so hoping ivevgot a feel for dates now.
