Did I just have a miscarriage?

I’m on contraception and had took a test before starting it but I’m wondering was I so early on maybe it didn’t show. I haven’t had a proper period since the birth of my son 8 months ago and the contraception I am on I don’t normally bleed but 2 days ago i started getting cramps and brown spotting. The bleeding got heavier and I have just been to toilet, when I wiped I noticed like a jelly texture on the paper and when I went to pull pants up realised there was a large clot looking thing there, it was like a long piece of skin covered in blood. Not sure how else to describe it.

I had exactly that when I had the Mirena coil. I thought it was a mc but tried not to think about it.

Same thing happened to me last week, and since then I have been bleeding from dark brown to bright red. At first I got cramps, then I went toilet and noticed I had passed a fleshy skin like thing covered In bright pink blood. I passed a few clots since but nothing else fleshy. It freaked me out. Some posters said it could be uterine lining or a deducial cast? It's never happened to me before so I'm not sure what it was tbh xx
