Periods after miscarriage

Hi all, sending you all big hugs since you find yourself here.
I had my 3rd miscarriage in Sept going through the medical management route. I had my second period early on this month which finished on the 11th, since the 15th I have had more bleeding on and off, fairly light but it has freaked me out a bit. Could my body just be struggling to get back to normal? Has anyone else experienced additional bleeding?

How are things now? I’m on my 3rd period since mmc (medical management in September). First one seemed pretty normal, 2nd was 35 days cycle and really short and now this one (31day cycle) the flow is lighter but now on day 7 of bleeding! Hoping it’s down to hormones settling down

Bleeding has now stopped again so hoping things will sort themselves out now! Yes I think it will just be our hormones settling down but it’s so frustrating how long it can take! Hope you are doing ok x
