Hi all

I had a miscarriage last year October and tried again this year and went for 8 weeks scan and doctors found strong heart beat ,went in for 12 weeks scan and was sadly told that my baby stopped developing at 11 weeks .I am waiting for a D&C now ,I already have two boys 11 and 9 years from previous marriage but devastated that I have had recurrent miscarriages and with age ticking away ,any hope for another baby ? I can conceive naturally without any problem but it's staying pregnant .

There is definitely hope that you will carry another baby to full term, but as the chances of miscarriage are a bit higher for you nowadays, you need to think about whether you are ready to deal with that happening again. Best of luck Flowers
