I just can’t cope anymore had a miscarriage 10th October and I just want to cry every day, every time I see a baby my heart just shatters I would of been 17 weeks today why me

I'm so sorry for your loss - the pain is so hard to describe and catches your breath a lot. Have you spoken to your partner or friend about how you are feeling? I found planting and nurturing a shrub really helpful (a rose or a forget me not are good) - its something to care for and doesn't replace but it does help distract. It gave me somewhere to centre myself with. And please speak to your GP - there is help out there for us.

Most importantly - you aren't alone, be kind to yourself and just take one day at a time. We are all here to support you. Sending you love and hugs xx

I’m so sorry op. It’s so tough. Everything you are feeling is normal. Not that makes it any easier. Have you had a look at the miscarriage associations website? Take care of yourself. X

It just is hard. It takes time. Grief is normal. Talking to people really helps. Definitely talk to your dp, take each day at time.
