How can I help my friend?

My friend is approx 11 weeks and is bleeding heavily and cramping. What should I advise her to do? I can't be with her until 5:45 unfortunately at the earliest.

Hi, first of all you sound like a lovely friend. Secondly, although she is bleeding and cramping it may not be the worst. I have read many stories where that has happened and it wasn’t a mc. Did your friend call her early pregnancy unit? X

Unfortunately she wound up in recus in a&e as she was haemorrhaging so badly and she has lost the baby. Thank you anyway. I was with her throughout.
